Whichever Bowie you loved best - the glam starman, the wispy balladeer, the Berlin archduke- he made you braver and freer, which is why the world felt different after you heard Bowie. This mans ship always knew which way to go. The whole world was shocked by the news of his death on January 10th 2016- just two days after he celebrated his 69th birthday by dropping his newest masterwork, Blackstar- / Rob Sheffield, Rolling Stone Special Collector Edition 2016.
On February 12, 2017, David Bowie was recognized at the 59th Grammy Awards in Los Angeles.
- his brilliant final album Blackstar won in five categories including Best Rock Song, Best Rock Performance, Best Alternative Music Album, Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical as one of the engineers for Blackstar.

But we have most of his albums in our household and put them on our Stanton T92 turntable all the time to continue enjoying the music and keep memory alive about this incredible musician.
