Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

This photograph was taken during the dynamic, inspiring, invigorating spiritually and emotionally, Michael Franti’s performance at his 2019 tour “Stay Human”at the Cuthbert Amphitheater, Eugene, Oregon.
It was fantastic experience to see Michael’s charismatic persona alive on a stage bringing all people together out of the
social economic concerns, troubles, pessimism and negativity of a modern world with his profoundly poetic songs and messages, expressed in sincere, uniquely upbeat, very current and modern musical form- it was unforgettable!
We, Oregonian music fans, were extremely lucky to see two, and both incredibly talented, musicians Michael Franti and Ziggy Marley performing on a same stage during their combined tours performances: “Rebellion Rises” by Ziggy Marley” and “Stay Human”by Michael Franti & Spearhead”.
